Our Licences and Accreditations
GCW is licensed to handle controlled waste categories A to Z, including hazardous and non-hazardous contaminated waste. Every controlled load goes through WA’s Controlled Waste Tracking System, and we have documented management and disposal pathways for all waste streams.
We are happy to provide licences and supporting compliance documentation to your head office or HSE team at any time.

Our trucks are certified with Main Roads WA and DWER. Our people are trained and certified for the work they do, including Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights. And our internal processes ensure we work with your site team to confirm the scope, access requirements, inductions and documentation required before mobilising.
This applies across all projects and waste categories. Where different waste types need to be separated, we plan the collection and containment around the classification rather than treating everything as one load. The result is a clear process from identification through to collection, transport, tracking and disposal or recycling.

Supporting ESG and Resource Recovery Reporting
GCW is committed to reducing landfill, recovering value from waste streams, and managing hazardous materials with genuine care. Every controlled load is documented and traceable. Disposal and recovery data arrives in a form you can use for ESG reporting. This includes records for scrap metal, waste oil, tyres and other recyclable materials, helping your environmental and procurement teams build a clearer picture of waste outcomes.
Where waste can be recovered or recycled, we divert it from landfill. We also have an active environmental compliance programme with Talis Consultants as part of adding structure to our growing business.
